Six Appeal podcast #101: The First One (5)

This is the second attempt at posting the podcast (the link on the last one was bad).

My fledgling attempts to become a basement broadcaster have finally taken seed in the form of the Six Appeal podcast, in which I play some of the music featured in my blog. Although the production values are minimal, the music, IMHO, is top-flight. Think of this podcast as the digital equivalent of those flexi-discs that were sometimes included in magazines (especially music magazines). Running time is about 65 minutes. Each podcast (hopefully) will include an artist spotlight; this week's spotlight was on Extreme.

You can download the podcast here.

Six Appeal playlist:

1. Extreme, "Get The Funk Out"

2. Extreme, "More Than Words"

3. Extreme, "Kid Ego"

4. Extreme, "Hip Today"

5. Alice Cooper, "Luney Tune"

6. NRBQ, "Get That Gasoline Blues"

7. Brownsville Station, "Kings Of The Party"

8. Small Faces, "Tin Soldier"

9. Budgie, "High School Girls"

10. April Wine, "Don't Push Me Around"
